About Me

NOW Personal Training is my Richmond based personal training company dedicated to promoting and sustaining the fitness of my clients both now and in the many healthy years ahead.
I’m located in Midlothian VA and I also offer In Home Personal Training to all of Richmond VA. Losing weight can be frustrating, especially when you have a busy schedule or you can’t seem to find the right diet. I provide all of my clients with comprehensive meal plans and custom built workouts.
Yes, you will have to work hard. But with my custom program and your hard work you will get the results you’re looking for.
At NOW Personal Training my goal is so much more than just making sure you look great. I want you to be as healthy as possible through science based nutrition. No other Richmond personal trainer can help you like I can.
I became a vegan 5 years ago in the pursuit of the absolute optimal health. My energy levels, strength and focus went through the roof. The science on a plant based diet is clear. There’s no better way to get results and live a long healthy life.
Do you have to go vegan to work with me? Of course not. Most of my clients aren’t vegan. I’ll provide you with the custom meal plan that works best for you.
